Embroidery from the Heart is a stunning collection of pieces from some of Australia’s best-known embroiderers, all created around the theme of the heart. The tragic and untimely death of a young woman from heart disease has inspired this touching memorial to her life, a creative exploration of the importance of the heart in all our lives. A proportion of the proceeds from this book will go to the Heart Foundation to support education and research into the prevention and treatment of heart disease.
