At The Fox Collection, we aim to provide reliable, affordable and timely delivery for all customers across Australia and New Zealand. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be delivered, along with what to expect once your parcel has been dispatched.


Shipping Rates

Australia

  • $10 AUD tracked delivery

  • FREE shipping on orders over $99 AUD

New Zealand

  • $10 NZD tracked delivery

  • FREE shipping on orders over $99 NZD

All shipments include full tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.


Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day.
During peak catalogue periods or promotional events, dispatch may extend to 2–3 business days, though most orders continue to ship within 24 hours.


Where We Ship From

To maintain a large and diverse range of products, your order may be shipped from one or more of our trusted fulfilment locations, including:

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • China

  • United Kingdom

Your order will always be sent from the location that allows for the fastest available delivery based on product availability and your address.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately at no additional cost.


Estimated Delivery Times

Most customers receive their parcels within:

7–15 days from the date of shipment.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, customs processing (for international shipments), and the warehouse your items are dispatched from.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after dispatch.

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been shipped. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges to resend.


Delays Outside Our Control

While we work closely with our delivery partners, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or transport disruptions

  • Carrier delays

We will always assist where possible, but cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order is in transit.


Missing or Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team.
We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
