Because of this, your order may be shipped from Australia, New Zealand, China, or the United Kingdom, depending on stock availability and the specific item you’ve selected.

Our system automatically chooses the fastest and most reliable dispatch location at the time of your purchase.


How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. Each parcel will have its own tracking number, and you will receive individual confirmation emails for each shipment.

Tracking Not Updating?

It is normal for some carriers—particularly international postal services—to update tracking only when the parcel reaches certain checkpoints.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, it usually means your parcel is in transit between facilities.
