Delivery

We offer simple, transparent delivery for all orders within New Zealand.

• Flat-rate delivery fee, no matter how many items you order
• Free delivery when you spend $200 or more in one transaction
• Charges are per order, not per item or weight
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days
• Tracking details are emailed once your order has been shipped

Please note that some speciality or made-to-order items may take longer to ship. If an item becomes unavailable or if there is an error in the product information or price, we may need to cancel or amend your order—we will contact you immediately if this occurs.

Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you change your mind, eligible items can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returns Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition and with all packaging
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
• Returns must be lodged within 15 days of delivery

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Customised or personalised products (unless they arrive faulty)
• Items returned in used or damaged condition

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
